CAMPAIGN STRATEGY

Fintech campaigns built on a decision —
not a deadline.

Another bonus promo. Another launch post.
The market has stopped noticing.

Most fintech campaigns exist because the calendar demanded one — a promo period, a product launch, a competitor's move. Without a real idea and a channel system behind it, the budget buys a burst of activity the market forgets by Friday.

Campaigns as calendar events

Built to fill a quarter, not to change a perception or move a metric. The brief starts with "we need a campaign" instead of "we need to solve X."

Creative that wins the meeting

Approved because it offends no one internally — which usually means it stops no one externally. In a feed of identical finance ads, safe is invisible.

Channels running solo

OOH says one thing, social another, performance a third. Each channel optimizes itself while the campaign as a whole adds up to nothing coherent.

Campaigns that work —  explained.

A campaign is three things or it's just spending: an idea worth noticing, a system that carries it, and a measurement that tells the truth.

THE IDEA

One thought, sharply put

Every effective campaign reduces to a single-minded proposition rooted in a real audience insight — not a list of features fighting for the same headline.

  • Audience insight & tension mapping
  • Campaign proposition & big idea
  • Compliant claim & message framework

THE SYSTEM

Every channel with a job

Channels aren't a checklist they're roles. OOH builds believability, PR builds credibility, social builds engagement, performance converts — one idea, orchestrated.

  • Channel roles & journey design
  • Media planning & budget allocation
  • Creative direction across formats

THE MEASUREMENT

Success defined before launch

The campaign KPI is written into the brief — tied to funnel movement, not applause. Afterward, an honest review of what worked feeds the next one.

  • Pre-launch KPI & baseline setting
  • In-flight optimization
  • Post-campaign analysis & learnings

How we can help you be noticed.

Campaign Strategy & Big Idea

Insight, proposition, and campaign architecture — the thinking that decides whether the budget buys attention or wallpaper.

Creative Direction & Production

Concepts developed and produced across formats — film, design, social, outdoor — with one creative spine and compliance built into every claim.

Integrated Media Planning

Budget allocated across OOH, digital, social, and PR by channel role and audience reach — not by habit or vendor incentive.

Launch & Go-to-Market Campaigns

Product, feature, and market-entry launches sequenced for regulated categories — where what you claim, and when, is part of the strategy.

Acquisition & Promo Campaigns

Bonus, promo, and acquisition pushes engineered to convert without cheapening the brand — and structured to survive regulatory scrutiny.

Post-Campaign Analysis

What moved, what didn't, and why — documented honestly so every campaign makes the next one smarter instead of starting from zero.

Question Decision Growth.

We don't start with deliverables. We start with the right question, turn it into a clear decision, and execute toward growth.

CAMPAIGN BRIEF

QUESTION

What perception or metric must this campaign change — and what audience tension gives us the way in?

IDEA & PLAN

DECISION

Proposition chosen, channels assigned their roles, budget allocated, KPI committed — before production begins.

LAUNCH, MEASURE & SCALE

GROWTH

Executed across channels as one system, optimized in flight, reviewed honestly — learnings carried forward.

Campaigns that compounds.

Typical outcomes when campaigns run on one idea, one system, and one honest measurement.

One idea

Recognizable across every channel

Billboard, feed, search, and press telling the same story — frequency that builds memory instead of fragments.

Funnel-tied

KPIs set before launch

Success defined in registrations, deposits, or pipeline — agreed upfront, reported without spin.

Learnings kept

Every campaign feeds the next

Documented analysis that turns campaign budgets into institutional knowledge, not annual amnesia.

Campaign strategy — answered.

The questions teams ask us most before trusting an agency with their reputation.

Two constraints and one audience truth. Constraints: regulatory limits on claims and promos, and platform restrictions on finance advertising — both shape the creative before it's written. The audience truth: people are risk-averse about money, so campaigns must generate excitement and trust simultaneously.

Yes, when the mechanics and messaging are designed inside the rules from the start — clear terms, defensible claims, no manufactured urgency that regulators read as misleading. The brands that get in trouble usually bolted compliance onto a finished concept. We build it the other way around.

Strategy and creative development typically need 3–6 weeks before launch, plus production time by format — OOH and film need more runway than social. Compressed timelines are possible, but the idea phase is the one we protect: a rushed media plan is fixable, a weak idea isn't.

As a rule of thumb, the majority goes to media — an idea nobody sees is a sunk cost. But the honest answer depends on channel mix and existing assets, and we model it per campaign. What we push back on is the common inversion: beautiful production with too little media behind it to matter.

Against the KPI written into the brief before launch — awareness lift, branded search, registrations, deposits, or pipeline depending on the campaign's job — with a baseline captured beforehand. In-flight, we optimize afterward, we report what actually happened, including the parts that didn't work. A campaign report with no bad news is a sales document, not analysis.

Yes. We can lead strategy and creative direction while your teams or partners execute their channels, or run the full system ourselves. What we require either way is a single accountable campaign plan — because the failure mode we exist to prevent is every party optimizing their own slice of a campaign that no one owns.
